With over 30 years in the IT industry, I have been involved in over 100 "run the business" IT rollouts on both the customer and supplier sides. From my earliest days with punched cards all the way through to the modern day adoption of cloud service based technology, one key factor remains constant - without  the active buy-in of the business and, most importantly, it's staff, any IT implementation is doomed to failure. Over the years, I've learnt how to successfully bring people on board with business and technology change, and enjoy making IT a success for my customers.
